Our New Website is Live!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new website, which unites the Ophir and MKS Instruments, Inc. products under one roof.

As part of the MKS Instruments, Inc. family, Ophir delivers foundational technology solutions to leading edge semiconductor manufacturing , industrial manifacturing (automotive, additive manufacturing, material processing etc.) , life and health sciences, research and defense markets.

To ease your transition to the new website, and make your navigation as simple as possible, let’s take a moment to walk you through the site’s key features.

So What’s Different?

Product Pages:

From a structural standpoint, our product pages have vastly improved, making it easier to click on a category and peruse the products within it, as shown below:

In the product family page you’ll be able to filter the products according to your laser parameters:

Here’s how a product page looks like in the new website vs. on our old website:

On the top bar under the “Product” tab, you will find all product families categorized by Laser power measurement and Beam profiling analysis. Under the “Laser Measurement” title, you will also see Ophir’s ‘Sensor finder’ and ‘Power meter finder,” as shown below:

Under the “Solution” tab, you will find all of Ophir’s solutions categorized by applications (e.g. Additive/Automotive/ Medical/ VCSEL etc.), as shown below:

Resources:

Under the “Resources” tab, you will have access to Ophir’s calculators, our Photonics blog, software and literature, including technical articles, videos, manuals, and webinars. Once you’ll fill in your details on our lead registration form in order to download software/catalog/manual , make sure you tick the ‘opt in’ box in order to receive our newsletters, announcements and marketing offers in accordance with our privacy policy (we promise we won’t bother you 🙂 )

When you click on the desired category, the content will be presented on the left navigation bar where you can filter it as shown below

Support

Finally, when you click on the “Support” tab, you will be able to see returns and RMA requests, ISO accreditation and certificates, news and press releases, ePulse newsletters, and webinars.

Registration:

One of our website improvements is our registration option. In case you decide to purchase from our website and you choose to register, you get unlimited access to our entire online content without the need to fill in your personal details every time you want to download information. And once you are logged in as a registered user, and located in USA, your online purchasing process will become faster, easier, and more efficient.
