MKS’ Ophir® Business Unit Announces StarLab 3.30, Laser Power/Energy Measurement Software
Andover, MA – June 13, 2017 – MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKSI), a global provider of technologies that enable advanced processes and improve productivity, has announced Ophir® StarLab 3.30, easy-to-use laser measurement software that turns a PC into a multi-channel laser power / energy display station.
The new version supports expanded network access via the Ophir EA-1 Ethernet Adapter or Quasar Bluetooth Adapter, user-defined pass/fail limits, and multiple pre-defined startup configurations.
